Where do you ship?

United States only. Restricted states apply;Not for sale in prohibited states (CA, CT, CO (Boulder County and Broomfield), DE, FL, HI, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OR, RI, WA, Washington DC, Puerto Rico).  Your order will be canceled if you are ordering from one of these states.

How long does processing take?

Most orders process within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer.

When will I get tracking?

Tracking is emailed once your package is scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

What if my package is delayed or marked delivered but missing?

Check around your delivery location and with household members first. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier and then email us with your order number so we can help investigate.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO?

Availability depends on the product and carrier service. If supported for your order, the option will appear at checkout.
